Step 1
Get ready for the Course
The Lightning Process begins with a pre-course audio, which introduces the mind-body connection and helps you explore whether this is the right next step for you. We then have a supportive onboarding conversation to ensure you're ready and motivated to make changes. This session helps lay the foundations for success by preparing you to actively engage with the tools and techniques you'll be learning.

Step 2
Learn how to influence your health
In the seminar, we explore the science behind how your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs influence your physical health. You’ll discover how stress-related patterns can keep the autonomic nervous system in a heightened state — disrupting your immune response, pain processing, digestion, and energy regulation. Understanding this relationship supports you to begin taking charge of your well-being.

Step 3
Apply the training
You’ll then be coached through effective techniques that help you identify and interrupt unhelpful patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses. By activating calmer, more regulated pathways with gentle movement, focused mental exercises, and meditation-like techniques, you begin to support your body’s healing process. This shifts your physiology towards a more balanced system — allowing you to feel better and function more efficiently.

Step 4
Practice makes permanent
With ongoing support, and as you continue to use the Lightning Process, your body becomes more familiar with its healthier physiological states. This promotes improvements in immune function, energy levels, pain regulation, and emotional resilience. Thanks to the brain’s natural neuroplasticity, it becomes easier to access these changes and this allows your recovery to become long-lasting—supporting genuine, sustainable improvements in the way that you feel.

Okay, I’m interested. But what do you offer as a practitioner?
As a practitioner, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work. Having recovered from severe chronic fatigue myself, I deeply understand what it’s like to feel stuck, exhausted, and uncertain about the future. I know how frustrating it is to try everything and still feel like nothing is working. Most importantly, I know what it takes to move forward—to break free from those cycles of doubt and limitation and step into a healthier, happier life.
My approach to the Lightning Process is built on kindness and support. I understand that when you're struggling, what you need most is a safe, encouraging space where you can learn to think in intriguing and useful new ways. As your coach, I’m here to help you gently explore the beliefs that may be holding you back and guide you toward more empowering ways of thinking about yourself and your health. Often, it’s not just our circumstances that make it hard to recover but the stories we’ve come to believe about what’s possible. So the most useful thing to do here is to acknowledge that we’re not so different. The same patterns that once stopped me from moving forward may be playing a role in your experience too. And just as I found a way out, so could you.
This is why I firmly believe that, even though it might feel like it, you are not stuck. Your brain and body are capable of so much more than you realise, and together, we can explore that potential. We can help you become an expert in using your mind to create real, lasting change—building and strengthening the way of thinking that keeps you happy, healthy and fulfilled, the way of thinking that helps you create a life you love.

1 x 30-minute onboarding call to make sure that you’re in the right place and to answer any questions that you have.
1 x life changing seminar across three half days where you become an expert on why you’ve been stuck and how you can switch on your healing physiology.
1 x training pack with all the key information from the seminar on how you can use the Lightning Process to improve your health.
1 x free graduate support audio download to help you revise and refresh your learning.
3 x hours of follow up support to make sure that you are happy and on track with your recovery. (These are usually split into 30-minute fortnightly sessions.)
Ongoing Voxer support (Tues - Sat) in case you need to check in between our appointments.
A graduate certificate so that you can look back on and celebrate your success.
